Intentional breathwork is a guided practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to support emotional release, deepen self-awareness and restore inner balance. Through mindful, rhythmic breathing, this session invites you to reconnect with your body, clear stagnant energy and create space for healing and clarity. This new service is a guided intentional breathwork session that will include time to connect with each other prior to our session while establishing any goals. There will be a breath style overview and demonstration before a guided 30-40 minute session. Following our session we will have another time to connect and check in before parting ways.
