This event is designed to deepen presence while reconnecting with self. You will learn how to harness the breath to ground your energy while building resilience through a curated breath-work session followed by a guided meditation. Each participant will then receive a 1-on-1 Indie Head Massage with blended essential oils. No experience is required for this event! 

$15 deposit is required at booking, $40 will be charged at the time of the event.

Body Mind Soul

Reiki is a Japanese style of healing that helps to reduce stress and promote healing and relaxation both physically and mentally. Reiki removes blockages from the physical and energetic body to allow it to function with more ease and help to cleanse our energetic body and aura, uplifting the vibrations in the body. A non-invasive form of healing, Reiki healing is issued into the body through channelling energy, gentle touch and hand placements over the body with specific techniques and hand gestures. For those new to Reiki, it is NOT based on belief, faith or suggestion and can be received by anyone.

Reiki Energy Healing

This service is a personalized 1-on-1 guidance experience that will guide you inward and reconnect you more deeply with your intuition. Oracle Guidance will support you by delivering to you messages from the divine as well as your angels, ancestors, spirit guides. This service provides you with valuable insights that will help you navigate the natural ebbs and flow in your life and your soul's journey. Our time together will include: time to connect, messages that will help support you, reflective journal prompts and a visualization exercise. You will get a take home care package that will include: a written report of the messages received in our session and a video of your spread. This service is provided through ZOOM.

Divine Oracle Guidance

Your first appointment with questions about your general health, goals for treatment, chief complaint and anything additional. Hands on time will be designated for assessment, range of motion and special tests to help support your treatment plan and goals.

Initial Massage Treatment

45 Minute Massage Therapy Treatment

Recommended for first time appointments to address 1-2 areas of focus.

60 Minute Massage Therapy Treatment

Our most popular treatment time. This treatment can support a full body massage with attention to detail.

75 Minute Massage Therapy Treatment

Best treatment time for a full body massage or multiple focus points.

90 Minute Massage Therapy Treatment

This 45 minute treatment is dedicated to Indie Head Massage. Indie Head Massage is an invigorating yet soothing massage to the chest, neck, face and scalp.  Warm oil will be poured in your hair, please be mindful of this when booking. 

Please bring a towel to your appointment that you can wrap your hair with at the end of treatment. If you have a specific oil that you prefer to be used during your treatment, feel free to bring that as well.

Serene Indie Head Massage

This incorporates both Massage and Indie Head Massage into a 75 minute treatment.  The first 30 minutes will include general massage techniques and the last 45 minutes will include the Indie Head Massage.

Indie Head massage is an invigorating yet soothing massage to the chest, neck, face and scalp.  Warm oil will be poured in your hair, please be mindful of this when booking.

Please bring a towel to your appointment that you can wrap your hair with at the end of treatment. If you have a specific oil that you prefer to be used during your treatment, feel free to bring that as well.

75 Minute Indie Head + Massage

This incorporates both Massage and Indie Head Massage into a 90 minute treatment.  The first 45 minutes will include general massage techniques and the last 45 minutes will include the Indie Head Massage.
