With a blended, holistic approach Katrina will support you in exploring how stress impacts the brain, habits and relationships. Together, she will help you to focus on practical, meaningful change. As a Registered Social Worker with the OCSWSSW, Katrina has experience across multiple mental health sectors and draws from evidence-based approaches including: BSFT, CBT, ACT and DBT.
